Our products are very concentrated and formulated to provide the best outcome in dealing with the most difficult pool problems but due to the extreme differences in pool maintenance habits, water quality and chemistry imbalances as well as filter efficiency and cleanliness, multiple applications of a product or a combination of products might be necessary to achieve the maximum desired outcome.

Learn more about the presence of phosphates in our product*

The product was tested for phosphates and it concluded that one quart of Salt Protect added trace phosphates to 10,000 gallons of water.  The breakout treatment recommendation is one quart per 20,000 gallons.  After this testing,  Bio-Dex has added phosphate remover to the product to back up our claim that Salt Protect will also help to lower phosphates levels.
